Our pricing is simple and transparent — a flat rate per visit, with no hidden fees. You choose the visit length that works best for your household, and we handle the rest.
Visits are scheduled within two-hour arrival windows, available 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 365 days a year, to ensure reliable care whenever you need it.
Before services begin, a team lead will meet with you and your pets in person to review routines, preferences, and any special instructions. We’re also happy to walk you through our mobile app during this visit.
Each new client receives one complimentary Meet & Greet.

Our most popular option and an ideal fit for most pets and homes. This visit allows time to refresh water, provide meals, administer medication, enjoy a walk, and complete any additional requested tasks.
Perfect for pets who benefit from extra attention or households with multiple pets. This extended visit allows all care needs to be completed comfortably, with extra time for play, cuddles, and companionship.
Our most comprehensive visit option, ideal for pets with more detailed routines or larger households. One hour provides time for multiple walks, extended outdoor time, enrichment activities, and assistance with additional household needs.
We deeply value our care team and the dedication they bring to your pets. To ensure fair and premium compensation, our team members receive 1.5x to 2x pay on holidays. As a result, a 50% holiday rate is applied to visits scheduled on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

We believe pet care should be straightforward and stress-free. Aside from the holiday rate listed above, we do not charge extra pet fees, weekend fees, after-hours fees, credit card fees, or last-minute booking fees. Holiday pricing is applied only on the holiday itself, never on surrounding days.
